What's new for February 2024

The team at MotorComplete continue to deliver exciting improvements to the platform, some inspired by suggestions from brokers who we've recently welcomed on board.

New features include...

• IDS images via Clear Vehicle Data (CVD). There has been growing concern with the quality of some of the Cap-HPI images. Previously we have only offered the option to use Car & Driving as an alternative image provider. We can now offer CVD as well, and are in the process of integrating Imagin.
• API integration with Close Brothers to enable brokers to send a proposal from the MotorComplete CRM, and receive an underwriting response back, directly into the CRM.
• An advanced cookie consent solution, allowing users to choose whether or not to allow non-essential cookies (such as cookies used for advertising), ensuring brokers are fully compliant with data protection regulations.
• Improvements to automated email and SMS functionality, allowing messages to be trigged by the addition or update for the Anticipated Delivery Date in the CRM.
• The ability to add the funder name, funder address and the funder telephone number to automated emails and SMS.
• A new column has been added to the generic MotorComplete rate book format, to allow you to include the funder. Handy if you are creating composite rate books from many funders.
• Integration with the 3CX telephone system to allow incoming calls to be recognised and open the MotorComplete CRM at the corresponding record.

Next month we will continue to focus on images provider integrations, but also on the ability to import the tags utilised by the aggregators such as Lease Loco and Leasing.com. This will complement the existing aggregator tools, such as advanced filtering, rate book formatting, file transfer scheduling, and webhooks to automatically insert the leads from the aggregator directly to your MotorComplete CRM.
